Vegan "chicken" ( seitan). baked to perfection with sweet plum tomatoes, zucchini, fresh rosemary, thyme, red veined sorrel & onion. Bed of orzo.
Mediterranean Chickpea Salad
Chickpeas marinated in a spiced vinaigrette with sweet onion, cucumber, cherry tomato, crumbled cashew, basil & parsley. Side of fresh house-made focaccia bread.
Slice of oven roasted tofu egg ground into a quiche with onion, garlic, bell pepper, spinach, and sun dried tomatoes. Side of baby garlic potatoes.
Red and yellow veined rainbow chard, red butter lettuce, strawberries, navel oranges, jalapenos cilantro, hemp seeds, watermelon radish & pea shoots. Dressed with lime and pink himalayan salt
